Reader’s Comment: Is modern feminism worth the sacrifices made in the War?

In response to Laura Perrins: Feminists should watch Dunkirk and thank men, James Chilton wrote:

“They died so you could make this hate-filled art.”

Not many men and women are alive today who served in the armed forces during the Second World War. I don’t know any. I’m not sure what they might say if you asked any of them whether the feminised society we have now, was worth the sacrifices they made.
